2 quick questions from today's workout: 1. How high do you all set the pins for rack pulls? I did them today right at knee level which gave me around 12-14" ROM. I wanted to do them from lower but it was getting stuck under my knees. Are you supposed to start with the bar touching your legs? 2. The last 2 weeks I've tried to front squat, I keep getting a sharp pinching pain around my right trap, whichever grip style I use. Doesn't happen with any other exercise. What teh problem is? It's not painful enough to stop me doing them, but really distracting.
