I do db squats (no cage) and deads along with step ups and calf raises. I usually have 5 days rest. I am doing incline treadmill work 6 days a week generally a half hour to 45 minutes. I have developed soreness in my right knee only it comes and goes. I'm thinking perhaps I should lighten my weight on the DB squats and focus on form. The incline treadmill work I'd think would be easier on my knees than a step mill or jogging. You guys have any thoughts?
