I want to start her on a full body routine 3x a week. Cardio and ABs on selected off days. Seems like a good routine for me as-well, but just wanted to see your opinions. She only has about 4 weeks experience with weights... I kinda really pulled this out of my ass....what you think? Monday: 3 sets, 6 reps Squat Flat Bench Barbell Row Triceps; pulldowns Hammies; leg curls Wednesday: 3 sets, 9 reps Incline Bench Military Press Deadlift Delts; Lat Raise Calves; raises Friday: 3 sets, 12 reps Squat Bench Barbell Row Biceps; curls How does it look; Any suggestions, tweaks or possible links to other routine I can simultaneously do with her. Ill be doing the same routine.
