I'm starting to drink raw eggs mixed with milk in the mornings. I'm too lazy to cook and often am in a rush. My serving size is typically 1 egg white, 1 full egg, and a bit of milk. Am I risking my health by eating these eggs raw? I have read that there is a risk of getting salmonella. What do you guys think? If there is already a thread on this, a link would be greatly appreciated.
