    i know they say don't mix carbs with fat....so does that mean no peanut butter sandwiches!? or peanut butter & fruits? :sad2:

    very helpful.

    I've been working out for the last year and a half and have been constantly losing weight (about 35lbs). It was starting to scare me. I know now that I need to seriously increase my protein intake.

    Why is soy milk bad? I was thinking about mixing my protein mix with it because when I have too much dairy I get sick.

    You're a woman so soy milk is fine for you.

    Soy milk contains phytoestrogens and other things which in men has been shown to damage testicular cells and whatnot. But you have nothing to worry about.

    I'll try to dig up the article that explains why men shouldn't use soy products.
