Been.. ok.. Got fat over the summer. Need to get my shit into gear. Planning on a meet in late oct. at Rockview Prison. I am just above 240 at the moment.. my diet should take me down to 230 or below by the week before the meet and I can drop 10lbs of water weight no problem so I should be fine. Squat and dead are pretty much stagnent but raw bench is up to 245x1. I am aiming for a goal of atleast 480lb squat, 300lb bench, and 500lb dead. Ofcourse I need to get a new shirt/suit so those numbers will be re-adjusted once I get a session or two in gear. How have you been? Any meets planned?
Oh and best compeition lifts are currently:
Squat - 452 (PA States)
Bench - 281 (Allentown Push/Pull)
Dead - 485 (Allentown Push/Pull)
Theoretical Total - 1218
If I could get my bench to half my dead I would do a comp but until then I let it eat me
Is your bench seriously only 150? If so thats really strange. On a side note shoulder and lat work has really helped my bench.
Yea my shoulders suck, like standing military for 75x5
Just keep plugging away I guess. I'm only really doing this meet since its free and hopefully to qualify for collegiate nationals.

Just like me. I was stuck at 225x1 or 2 for soo long while making great gains in my other lifts so I know how you feel.
