What is a realistic 6 month goal for me to set? I'm thinking about seeing a personal trainer over the break and setting up a workout routine... Since I don't know shit about working out. I'm 6' and skinny as fuck at 148 lbs. Is 170 lbs by June possible working out 3-4x a week with cytogainer after each? Interesting note: I never eat breakfast. Maybe I should start. Probably would help.
