    I recently added a protein shake ( ON whey) to every work out. And i've started taking fish oil. ( Just one soft gel a day for now) Are there any supplements you use regularly that you recommend?

    No fucking idea Mac. Just started off with one today to make sure the fish burps weren't to gross for me to deal with.

    i take 10 caps a day.

    recommend sesapure, purecee and beta-alanine.

    i don't recommend anything except protein powder, fish oil, and creatine monohydrate.

    What is the dosage/timing you use for beta-alanine? I've just been taking a tsp before and one after my work out, then one on my off days.

    Dude, creatine is awesome.

    I actually put on 45 pounds in 5 months when I went on creatine. It really is steroid-like.

    In fact, I don't even consider myself "natural" anymore since I use creatine. I don't think you should either. You're WAY more jacked up than I remember you being. Gotta be the creatine.
