Looking for some advice on getting a vegetarian (not me) on a diet plan to help her lose some weight. A little about her: Height: 5'2 Weight: 147 Gym Membership: Gold's About her: Has a f/t job and does do a quite a bit of walking throughout the day (which I do not consider exercise). She's a vegetarian who loves cats. She also loves chocolate like I do and we are both working on breaking the habit so it doesn't interfere with the diet plan. We will working on putting together an eating schedule and workout schedule while working on the diet plan.
