Ok so I am wondering if you can eat healthy and realize the benefits of your training without eating veggies . I wish I liked veggies but I cant stand them and I am looking for suggestions. Its not that I havent tried them... recently I tried alot of them but its hard enough to eat healthy without having to choke down your food. So I end up eating lots of chicken, turkey, etc but with brown rice(love) or a salad (which I dont enjoy). About the only veggies I eat are the occassional carrots and lettuce Cliffs: Recommendations for healthy sides if I dont like veggies?
