Last Friday I got sick with the flu. I had a 102 fever until Monday morning, could barely eat anything, body aches, runny nose,coughing my guts up, etc, etc. Today, I finally feel like I might be good enough to go back to the gym. I'm still coughing, slightly sore throat, a little drowsy/weak, but not miserable like I was the last few days. The last time I went to the gym was Thursday. Can I go to the gym today? Or do you think I'm asking for trouble? This is the first time I've gotten really sick in a long time, just looking for advice.
