Injury list Oct 2007 Tore my Right Anterior Labrum on my Shoulder... Shit sucked ass. Had 2.5 months of Physical Therapy that did nothing. April 2008 Had surgery on rt shoulder. Pretty bad tear. The 2nd day after my surgery was the worst pain I've ever felt in my life. Had to wear this imobilizer brace for 7 weeks. Then followed up by 3 more months of Physical therapy. Orthoscopic Surgery pictars End of Sept 2008. Got hit by a car on my motorcycle very lightly. Very slow speed accident but had a boxers fracture on my right hand. Cant catch a break! After everything felt better in December I started working out again after being out of the gym for 1.5 years Worked out for 2 months till I broke my right wrist. Jan 30th 2009 I break my Navicular Scaphoid in my right wrist. MOTHERFUCKER. Very slow healing bone. Finally got the cast and brace of in June. Now its time to get back in shape. Cant believe how much fat I've gained. My wrist is almost 100% and I feel pretty good. I'm 27 5'7" and 170 My goal is to gain my mass back and get cut again. Day 1 I'm doing cardio 5-6 days a week and lifting 4-5 days a week. I will post up my workout after I get it all written up. I'm trying to stay within 2500 calories a day. I started a Fitday.com acct and I'm watching everything very closely. My only downfall is I drink quite a lot of beer 2-3 times a week. Just moved to Florida and I've been goin out quite a bit meeting new people. I dont drink hard alcohol so beer is fucking up my daily intake of calories a few days a week.
