Hey, I have been lifting consistently for about 1 year, but I recently sprained my wrist. It's been about 2 weeks and the pain in the wrist is still there. The only thing I am able to work on are legs and running. Any advice on how to retain the gains I made in the gym? It's so depressing, but my priority is to heal before getting back into it. Should I continue eating the same amount before the injury?
