We'll last time I was here talking about tendinitis and Ceaze helped me out a bunch. I'm here again with another problem. I was doing hack squats on a machine like this because all the squat racks were in use. As I was doing my normal weights all of a sudden my right middle back gives out. I drop the weight and immediately feel lots of pain in my right lower back. Sadly this wasnt sore pain this was you fucked up pain. It feels like it's a pulled muscle in the area circle below. What can I do to help this recover? Is there an heat/ice system I can use or a compression belt I can get a drug store to help keep my body straight.
