refeed before lots of activity?

    i never got into the refeed thing. but i have 3 hockey games in 4 days, 2 of those days are work days when it'll be after 12 hours of work where i don't get to eat much. would stuffing myself on any downtime i have help at all? i'm not sure how my body will respond to this.

    I would load on carbs as much as I could.. drink a powerade before the games and try to get lots of rest

    When are your games (dates?)..

    yeah, just eat a lot of food and maybe take ton of monohydrate
