Before 06 After dec 06 - jan 07 I used to eat about 6-8 meals a day, and took supplements. Now i usually eat 2-3meals a day mostly fast food, and smoke. I still take multi vitamins and sometimes superpump 250 before a workout. I'm trying to get my old body back. I'm thinking about starting to use supplements again, anyone got any suggestions. Maybe something that could help with muscle memory ? I know eating is the biggest part, but i don't have access to a kitchen and i cant always go offbase to get grocery, i usually just eat alot of hot pockets, ritz, grits, and pb+wheat sandwiches.
