Was thinking if I crashed explorer on purpose then re-run as a new task it would reload the registry but guess not. I removed software off my computer but it didnt remove some of the registry settings and a reboot will take care of it but I got virtual machines running doing some things and hate to stop everything and start it over again because I made some changes on my host. So is it even possible to reload registry without a reboot?
