Hi,

Recently bought a laptop, it has linux on it, but i want to put XP on it instead. Whenever i boot up with the XP disc, it goes through the loading files / drivers sequence, but when it asks me what i want to do and i select install XP it says no hard drive detected. Can anyone help me figure out what to do?

I actually just got done wiping Vista and going back to XP on my new laptop. It was a little pain in the neck, because HP "discourages" rolling back, and hides the drivers. :hsugh:

But everything is working now.
