I'm kind of a noob to lifting, and don't know much outside the basics, but I've got a question. Let's say I'm working Biceps and _____ on a certain day. My preferred exercise for biceps is a seated curl, and I also do some hammer curls. After I do my first round of those (3x8's of both), and then work my second muscle group of the day, can I repeat those seated/hammer curls again in the same workout, or would I be better served to do other bicep exercises instead? Or just be done with biceps for that day? Hope that was clear. Thanks.
