My rental has sprung 4 leaks this year so looking to eithe repipe or do an epoxy relining.

anybody have experience with epoxy relining? seems to be about half the cost of a full repipe, less evasive and quicker turnaround. don't see many cons to it. Will probably put in a whole house filter as well after

a trash can
I can only imagine what it would look like to epoxy an already existing clog in a pipe lol

thats when the tenant calls and startes bitching about the shitty water pressure

then the owner cranks up the pressure reducing valve just a little bit

the the tenant calls back to tell you the line blew off the back of the toilet while he was at work for a 12 hour shift.

now the owner has water damage and still has to replace the piping
