In my current diet I have been eating a bowl of Special K every morning just because I love cereal and its quick and a healthy choice. I also eat either applesauce or watermelon as my dessert at lunchtime. After adding up everything I ate on fitday, I think I eat way too many carbs (218g) so I was wondering if there are any good replacements for cereal in the morning and fruit at lunchtime. I was considering egg whites for breakfast and strawberries for lunch. Unfortunately, I'm usually in a hurry in the morning and cooking egg whites isn't the easiest thing to do. So I'm looking for alternatives if there are any. In short, what should I substitute for cereal and watermelon/applesauce? edit: I'm 6'1", 212lbs. and cutting, trying to get under 200lbs at least. Lift 3 days a week, cardio 5-6 days a week.
