Only a true idiot would have ever thought Stadia was a good idea or would do anything even close to what their marketing claimed.

Uhhhh except it does pretty much exactly what it claims at a base level. Most reviews say it plays surprisingly well and games instantly load. The complaint is the other features aren’t in yet and the starter price, both of which will be fixed early next year. Plus lol at you saying only an idiot thinks streaming is a good idea when literally every big gaming platform is moving that way

Way cheaper vs a gaming pc and possibility of much better graphics/specs than any console. Something like Stadia is the future even if the rollout was bumpy. Not sure why all the hate Stadia has got...it has alot of potential as internet connections get better.

I'm mostly just confused as to why anyone who ISN'T a CEO of a big gaming company thinks that the move to streaming is a GOOD thing.

So you pay for a controller, then pay a monthly subscription for the service, then pay full price for a game that's streamed to you,
so if the service ever ends, you will be left with a useless controller that can't play any of the games you bought?
