good combo or no? rippetoe type / 5x5 workout type of stuff with barbell complex every other day. goal is to get strength back up and lose fat at the same time. minimal weight equipment available (squat stands, bench, weights) which is why i'm going back to the rippetoe, which basically only has 5 exercises in it: bench, squat, deads, powercleans / yates rows, standing military dips and pullups are done on the squat stands also. ideas/suggestions? no, purevl's sticky wont work for me since i dont have enough equipment.
