If anyone has dealt with this its not really a problem right now just a bit of an annoyance.

The issue: Mid thigh on both legs, random twitching lasting 2-3 minutes for the last 4-5 days straight.

Background: got back into training seriously a month ago, took a week off last week and ate like a pig. Ran 7-8 miles a week for 3 weeks straight without an issue. After my week off it started before I got back into my routine. Ran a mile and a half tonight and it started about 30 minutes after my run. Sleep has been a consistent 8 hours a day.

Dealing with A LOT of stress the past week, think this is primarily a stress related issue? Its just feels fucking weird as hell.

Thanks for any input bros .. comical answers are welcomed as well i need a laugh tonight.

too much running/cardio + continuing to lift legs always brings about RLS for me. For me, its less twitchy legs just more of my legs feeling "Beat up" and "fatigued" and i feel like if i just straighten my legs out, they'll feel better--and they do for about 30 seconds, then i feel like if i just bend them, the uncomfortable fatigued feeling will go away, and it does for about 30 seconds. and thus, restless legs that keep me awake at night.

Only solution i've found is to do less cardio or do less leg weights.
