Hey all. Currently in a bulking phase (about 4-5 months in, now?), and jeebus, I am tired of this bloat. I'm eating slightly above maintenance, mostly "clean" (I wash them first) foods and such, and pretty much the only thing I'm supplementing with besides vitamins and minerals is creatine mono. Yes, I'm drinking more than a gallon of water a day, no, my kidneys and my pussy don't hurt. I've seen all my muscles/lifts improve, so I'm happy with the end result, but I sure am sad about this soft look around my stomach. I'm about finished with the huge tub of creatine mono I've got, and I'm trying to decide if I should just give it up for a bit (I don't care about muscle "size" with it, I just like the recovery part), or switch to CEE. I know some people report less/no bloat with Creatine CEE, and then people usually respond to *them* saying "I don't bloat, you're weird." Anyhoo - how many of you are currently bloating, er, I mean, bulking? Does CEE really help with that? Feel free to post here with your experiences, or to just call me a pussy.
