Review: Ok first of all let me get this out of the way. You should NOT be taking any pill to stop hunger. This is extremely bad for your health. If you want to lose weight, it needs to come from within you; you need to motivate yourself and set specific goals for yourself. Now that I've said that, my review of the pill: It's GREAT for focus and energy when used as a pre-workout supplement. I use it just ONCE a week, 2 pills 30-45 minutes before workout. I'm reading about people who take it 3x a day 2 pills each time.. wow.. do you not realize what you are doing to your body?? I reccomend taking this on a set specific day once a week. This day should be your 'intense' workout day. For me this is every Saturday morning. Moderation is key for everything in life, and it definitely applies here.
