holy shit. These assholes. I call them all the time because they can't fix my goddam bill or my piece of shit ppc6700. I can't stand sprint but my plan is way too good to leave.

I spend 3 grand a year on my cellular service. I think im entitled to good customer service no matter what for that price.
I'm actually glad i got out of my nextel contract about 8 months ago. such shitty customer service
thats pretty nice of them actualy. No early terminatin fee, paying off their balence, ect. Most cell companies would just say fuck you and make you pay up.
But it makes you wonder just how much these people were complaining for Sprint to let them off the hook for free.
I've had sprint for over 5 years and haven't had any real issues.
Guess i'm lucky.
