How many time do you fold up your sleeves? Any of you guys use a special technique?

What I do to make things easier is to insert my junk inside the armhole of the shirt to support and fill out the sleeve so that both my hands are free to do the rolling. Only works if your penile-scrotal complex has the volume of a third arm though.

There should be two buttons, one on the cuff and the other further up the slit (like three inches above your wrist)

I usually only unbutton the one on the cuff, and then fold twice (so it's kind of tight) and keep it mid forearm.
