I think some of those exercises can be tossed in for GPP but the problem with stuff like this is you end up over thinking it and not concentrating on the basics leading to slower progress.
I think its pretty obvious that his training goals are different than alot on here, but thats not to discount what hes doing. No doubt looks hard - even if most of it does look like GPP work.

Martial arts workouts are a bit different than Bodybuilding workouts.
This stuff is pretty tough. Also, I would much rather look like Ross than a lot of bodybuilders out there today.
