I'm pretty limited with time so I'm trying to come up with a decent routine that is 3x a week, and only 4 exercises, 5 max per workout. So far i have this but I think stuff will need to be juggled. tues: narrow atg squats 4 sets narrow leg press 4 sets shoulder press 4 sets / stretch quads inbetween lat delts 4 sets / calves inbetween thurs: flat bench 4 sets one arm row 4 sets incline db 4 sets pullups / calves light flys to stretch sat: sld 4 sets good morning 4 sets cg bench 4 sets wbar curls 4 sets / calves light lunges to stretch Opinions/Advice? My first problem is that my benching sucks because my shoudlers are dead from Tues. But my shoulders are lacking so I'm not sure whether or not I should keep them first.
