Sorry if these are idiotic questions but I don't know and would rather not look like a fool at the gym. Thanks for any help. So I'm looking over this and looking up the excersices at http://www.thetrainingstationinc.com/exercises.html#chest to make sure when I start I do things correctly. There are several exercises that I'm not finding in the animations and wanted some help. Those would be: barbell clean and press dumbbell lateral raises push presses standing tricep extensions with barbell(I'm assuming I stand with my arms down and and lift bending at my elbows) And how do I get over doing some of these exercises in front of people? My main concern is doing something completely wrong and hurting myself or me being that guy people talk aobut.
