show and go is the shit. has all the main lifts + lots of crazy ass exercises/lifts/stretches you've probably never done before. works your whole body and muscles you never knew existed. also lots of agility/anerobic work.I'm doing that now. Not too bad
first thing you should do is join a hardcore gym
