I think i heard you can cramp up, but not sure
Bad. Very bad. I usually run on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, or else 2-3 hours after my last meal.
bad, will happen.
well, it makes sense, running is high impact, your stomach moves around, food would go up and down and all over, and as soon as it hits the cardiac sphincter or near there you'd throw up, yes?
