Did a night run when it was slightly cooler but still needed a full bottle in hand to run with. Absolutely killed my neck/shoulders.

Houston is 82 there right now, was 88 here last night at 9pm. But its relative to what you're conditioned to. Thats hot here

I know what you mean, the killer down here is the humidity. Could be a high of 93 with 85% humidity and a feel like of 105 before noon.

it snowed this year for the first time in a few years and everything shut down. (commence laughter)

So normally when I “warm up”, I just jog slow. Then do my workout. Today I did these drills mixed in to my 2mi warmup, and likes them a lot. The 2nd one I kind of fucked up a bit. But I think this is more productive and effective than just doing a slow jog warmup.

I miss u guys

only been averaging 10-12 miles a week and focusing on lifting for a few months since I kept dancing around injuries, then going to try to ease back into a more balanced and less psychotic routine that can give me the best of both worlds

had a nice short hot ass run today and it felt wonderful. Looking forward to fall runs already though

Been doing 7mi runs a couple times a week and skipping breakfast and lunch.

Down to 208 from 215.
Hoping to get to around 190.
