So normally when I “warm up”, I just jog slow. Then do my workout. Today I did these drills mixed in to my 2mi warmup, and likes them a lot. The 2nd one I kind of fucked up a bit. But I think this is more productive and effective than just doing a slow jog warmup.
only been averaging 10-12 miles a week and focusing on lifting for a few months since I kept dancing around injuries, then going to try to ease back into a more balanced and less psychotic routine that can give me the best of both worlds
had a nice short hot ass run today and it felt wonderful. Looking forward to fall runs already though
