I've been noticing a trend for the last 3 months now. I thought it was just the summer weather, but even now that it's cooled down a little bit to more tolerable temperatures, I'm still having an issue. I started jump roping around 2-3x a week about 3 months ago (when this problem started basically) I figured since it started in that time frame, obviously the jump roping is effecting me in a bad way, so I stopped after about 1.5 months. 1.5 months later, the problem is worse than it was before and I'm out of ideas. I don't have any huge changes in dieting or training to make up for anything. I'm still on the same routine as before when I felt fine. I have been losing a little bit of weight, but not anything huge. During those 3 months I have fell from 257 consistently to around 253 consistently. Any ideas?
