Does this work? Im starting to have a cold and wondering if it works? Anybody do it?

seems like running would make you more exhausted and possibly get even more sick?
I usually vitamin C it and rest when I'm sick or getting sick. Drink lots of water too.
+ injectable b12.
Go buy some Zicam, it is the only one that has been proven to shorten the life of a cold. I use it, a little expensive but worth it.
rest and eat well.

i skipped goign to the gym Friday, not because I wanted to, but my body was just not wanting to even walk, let alone push the hell out of itself for that lift day. I feel like shit today, sore throat runny nose, and my body just feels weak, not really sore, just weak.
I slept from about 7 p.m. last night and woke up about 7.am. today, I felt worse when Iw oke up. I feel shitty that I skipped a couple meals going to bed so early too
God no. Running while sick is the worst.
lets tire ourselves out so our immune system may have more energy...yah..
is that the logic you're using?
probably the "when i run i get hot so that higher body temperature kills all the germs inside me" logic if not that.
Bad idea....save your energy for fighting the cold. And get zicam...that shit works.
