Do raw unity guys ever try on a suit to test their limits or train heavy?
that bench looked pretty
The creator of the raw unity meet is Eric Talmant... a very strange man, but he's sponsored by EFS and Metal Gear and has competed in the WPO
Celli is also a geared lifter as well
Wow all good lifts, Bench looked easy
only 22lbs off the APF cutoff for elite at 198...except he is wearing 0 equipment. That's incredible
though i have no idea why he's wearing that belt for the 640 pull. Doesn't he know he has no business wearing one untill he can break 7? Can he even power snatch his own bodyweight?
big bw ratio bench out of no where.... strong mofo
Impressive. I've got a question about the deadlift. He's using a supinated right hand, instead of both hands regular. I guess that's a legal lift? I always thought that deadlifts in competition didn't allow one hand over, one hand under?
they all allow it
real talk girl
Every one of those lifts is spectacular on there own. Its amazing that he completed all those lifts in one day!
I really want to do this meet next year
Ah shit someone beat me to it. BTW strong lifts.
Question: do they use hook grip while doing overhand, or is it too awkward? Never tried it overhand, because the carrying angle of my elbows causes too much strain and feels like utter shit.
huh? in oly lifting everyone hooks with a dbl overhand. wtf are you talking about?
Shit, meant mixed grip. It happens when you are retard of the year.
Gillingham pulls in the mid 8s and hook grips his DLs
But for the most part guys pull heavy with a mixed grip in PL
