am 163 lbs, 14% bf. In the fall the wrestling weight classes are 157 and 149 and 141 (that I want to make.) I know for sure i can make 157 with very little work. 149 not sure about, and 141 seems impossible. But if any of you guys are experienced with weight cutting, and think it is possible for me to cut to 141 some how, please share how it can be done safely.
