so how much do you consume nearly per day?
me too but i try to reduce it anyway
too damn much, probably 250-300% RDA
2493mg of a recommended 2300mg
So far today i've had 1910mg
probably too much. i love salt.
why does everyone watch their salt intake if they're not stepping on stage? salt is anabolic and as long as you don't already have high blood pressure there is very little reason to cut back.
is it possible to go through without consuming salt?

I'm not really watching my sodium intake at all. I'll try to avoid insanely salty foods whenever I can, but I drink enough water anyway.

no, but water is high in fat
dont worry about getting too much. worry about not getting enough potassium
I eat a lot of salty snacks like jerky and mixed nuts, sunflower seeds also. Mine is probably through the roof
