SPORTS San Diego Crew... MMA Gym Fees?

I got a year off from school and all I do is go to work and the gym. Visited a couple of MMA gyms (Undisputed, Alliance MMA) and they seem a bit pricey. Just wanted to see what options I have available. Traditional BJJ is not out of the question either, however I live in the south bay and I am not willing to travel north of the 52 fwy.

Thanks...

I train at Undisputed in North Park, fees for BJJ and MT are $80 i think. I was ZERO as a member of the Muay thai team, but they disbanded it.

I'd train at Alliance if I were you.

Let me know if you have any questions though.

.

more often than not you get what you pay for.

Throwdown is cheap as fuck and a damn nice gym, but i've heard its meathead central.

If you are in the south bay, I see no reason not to train at alliance, the extra money you pay will more than make up for the gas you would waste traveling north to train.

I went to alliance when it first opened, so I have no clue what they have done to the place, It looks like they were expanding the gym. One thing stopping me from going to Alliance was that they only offered annual membership with a 1 year contract as opposed to Undisputed where there are no contracts, however I think there was a hefty $200 to $300 enrollment fee.

BTW, what are the rates at Throwdown?

you will get discounts for contracts anywhere. And anywhere will do month to month, they will just charge you more.

I think throwdown is $79 - $89, cant remember.
