Anyone pickup the Xtend deal they got going at 1fast, buy the xtend and get a free 100g of CEE. Well, I just ordered the stuff and wanted to see how well it works and how Xtend compares to BSL's Nitrojet. It's more expensive than NJ but the container has more servings. I'm training MMA and weights at the same time right now and recovery has been a bitch, so I'm anxious to see if this stack can help a bit. I'll take a serving of CEE and Xtend prior to lifting and a serving prior to Muay Thai/BJJ training. My split looks like this: Mon, Wed, Fri: 1 hr. muay thai + 1 hr. BJJ Tues: Push day - Bench, Push Press, Weighted dips Thurs: Pull day - Deadlift, BB Row, Weighted chins Sat: Light Muay Thai sparring Sun: Legs - Squat, reverse lunges All lifts are done with heavy weight and low volume. It doesn't look like much but the sum of all that training takes I'll take anything that will help with recovery. I'll keep yall updated on how well the stuff works for me.
