Well ive been a troll at F&N for like 8 months now just sitting back taking everything in. I just started working out last april and was making killer progress, going 5-6 days a week. I separated my shoulder and now cant lift without pain, so i go to my doctor and he said im out for 6-8 weeks. Puts a total damper on me right now. Working out was becoming a part of my life. :wtc:

Yea true. Idk what i was getting down about. I totally forgot i was doing this for the cum dumpsters. I mean i was lat spreading on the beach making the girls wet and i got too hyped up and pop, there goes my shoulder. I fucking tried slapping it back into place but it just wouldn't go. So until then im just going to do some bicept slaps until im back to normal.

I separated my shoulder playing football. Doctor said 6 weeks, I started working out 3 weeks later with light weights while taking glucosamine and everything was good about a month later.

heh, I separated my shoulder as well, I can still lift, but I'm worried it'll come loose while benching or something :hs: Doc said I didn't need surgery :dunno:

Yea I separated my shoulder lifting and didnt even realize. Just felt a little tweak in my shoulder afterwards. Took 2 weeks to go to the doctor, now I'm just going to take a month off from upper body.

Crap. I might have a minor grade one. It hurts for few days and it goes away but it's consistent. The area that the red arrow hurts a little.

Yea my doctor said there are 3 types of separation. type one is minor, you feel pain when lifting but still have mobility. type 2 it hurts to move the arm around, severe strain in ligaments. type 3 is no movement at all aka everything is completely torn in your shit. surgery is necessary. Evolude looks like you have a minor type 1 sprain because that is exactly where my pain is too, right in the front of the shoulder by the collar bone. Id prob just see a doctor. With me since im skinny and my delts aren't fucking bulging, you can see the actual drop off of my arm from the shoulder by about .5 inches. It sucks ass.

Some background info on the name. Tony Danza was NOT a Porn Star. What happens is the woman is giving the man oral sex and the man will ask "Who's The Boss?" If the woman says "You Are" the man will forcefully slap her across the face with his wang and say "Wrong, Bitch! Tony Danza's the boss!"

a sprain or tear of one or both of the ligaments connecting the clavicle to the scapula

Well at least I know what I did to myself. The funny thing is I did it playing softball trying to impress people with how far I could clobber a ball

That was like 2 months ago and it started to go away but I did it worse while benching somehow :hs:

I'm Homeless!
Get to a chiropractor a physical therapist for a second opinion.

I've seen too many shoulders get misdiagnosed.

At the very least you should be rehabbing it daily.

It heals pretty quick so I'm not worried (knock on wood). I'll just stay away from exercises that seems to make it worse.
