It's actually only in the afternoon but even after a larger meal, it feels like I haven't even taken a bite. I drink ~1 bottle before of water before and then another during and a bit after. Is there some sorta of chemical imbalance or something that triggers something in my brain telling my body I'm still hungry? I consume roughly 2000 calories a day, so about 4 300 calorie meals and 1, 600 calorie meal or something. I'm seriously looking at appetite suppressants.
