What do you guys think? I am trying to drop fat while conserving if not adding lean mass.
diet is everything, worry about the other shit after your diet is 100% in check
Drop to 15% or so then worry?
my point is, sesamin and green tea will help minimally, but the most drastic results will come from a perfect diet...regardless of what bodyfat % you're at.
