So I lift 3 or 4 times a week and do cardio on the off days. Runs me pretty ragged sometimes. I use cristophers PL routine. Anyway, is it normal to sometimes experience loss of sex drive or even loss of erection while cutting and lifting heavily? My girlfriend is getting starting to feel insecure since I've lost a boner or two mid-sex (I blame only having performax condoms at the time).
