This past weekend I was down at my in-laws house and while in the garage my father in-law and a couple of his biker friends wanted to arm wrestle. I figured sure why not, it would be a good chance to test my strength. Well, I tied 2 and lost 2 ( I played 1 guy 2 times), but on to my point. My elbows have a very sharp pain in them, its not to bad if I don't put any preasure on them but if I do it hurts for several hours afterwards... obviously I skipped lifting and just ran last night and most likely will continue to do that, untill the pain is gone. Has anyone had any instances like this before and how long did it take to heal? Not lifting sucks!!
