SanDisk Extreme III 8GB Secure Digital High-Capacity (SDHC) or should i just get a SanDisk Extreme III 8GB Compact Flash (CF)

you need to get the card that fits your camera. If you have the d90, you can only use SD cards.

Definitely stick with Sandisk and get the fastest card you can for the money.

Negative ghostrider. This is bad information.

SD memory cards, SDHC compliant

all cards over 2gb are sdhc, by default.

I'd be interested to see where you're seeing an 8gb NON-sdhc card.

which if you had actually read my response, is what I said.

:o

I read 'only use sd cards' as meant to mean 'you can't use sdhc cards'

mah bad.

It didn't register that the OP might be confused between sd and cf cards....

Someone on here was saying write speeds are irrelevant when using the camera, cause it only writes at 6mbps anyway?
