My brain isn't working at 100% today, so I must be missing something here.
What's so funny about it?
It's not worth a million dollars. It's a piece of shit.
Oh, I never looked at the price. Fuck that shit.
It's a rifle for peasants.
What's the problem, are you...... *gasp*..... POOR?
Where do you see this million dollars price?
all I see is $1800
(still more than I'd pay, but not unreasonable)
It's extremely unreasonable. Not correct scope, after market stock amongst other things.
If you had a gunsmith do the same work to a similar rifle, you'd probably end up putting more money into it than the asking price for that rifle.
Converting it to left hand, custom stock which looks to be maple, and walnut maybe? etc..etc..
Lots of time and money went into that rifle.
Am I saying it's right? Hell no, I cry a little every time I look at it.
Has the historical value of it been ruined? You betcha.
Would it be cheaper to buy a factory made left handed semi auto hunting rifle? Sure thing.
Is it worth over $1500? Probably, but as I said, I sure as hell wouldn't pay that much for it.
Lots of time and money went into it for no reason and ruined any value that it had.
Yeah, pretty much.

He could make a fortune selling left handed magazines!
Don't forget about left handed ammo to load them with.
i'm sort of a old weapon whore but i wouldn't even think of spending $1800 on that.
What a waste of a good gun
