lately even when i hit it really hard i wont be sore the next day...
personally, i am... but it's different for everyone
You don't necessarily need to aim to be sore or to be worried about it about when you are.
So... to answer your question. No.
you should be fuckin exhausted after every workout cause you worked your ass off. as for sore, meh. everybody is different.
If your training, sleep, and diet are in order you shouldn't be too sore.
I rarely get sore anymore. Instead, I get a dull "worked" feeling where I know my muscles are tapped for the next day or so. Propper diet and enough sleep really really helps you not feel sore.
Ditto for me. My body will feel exhausted but not sore. It takes several days of eating well if not a couple of weeks. My friends who are just getting into it are like - ok I ate good yesterday - why am I sore?
I get sore, but I like it. I leave the gym physically exausted, stumbling, and with the shakes though.
my legs are usually SUPER sore the day after.
FOr the next 2 days after that whenever i sit down for an extended period and get up my entire legs are just throbbing with soreness.
the best feeling is when you wake up and your body is just in pure aching pain...then u miss class to sleep in
i like vagina better
i dont get sore.
