Kinda why I was asking. Trying to decide if I should buy (and learn) HP Tuners or hire it done at a local shop.

I have a couple other ls powered cars and I'm trying to learn tuning for myself.

The software isn't too expensive but then you need credits. I think it would cost $400 for everything.

Not totally worth it if it's the only vehicle or you don't want to tune.

Couldn’t find a city water inlet the same size as the old brittle plastic leaky one on there, so I went with a small one and I’m plugging the hole.
Just need to get some aluminum sheet to seal it up.

Its worth keeping in touch with guys that have dynos imo
There’s a shop here that’s supposedly the go-to place for LS swap tuning in the area, so that’s convenient… I just have to convince them that they want to work on a motorhome.

They make access doors in all shapes n sizes
I couldn’t find what I wanted, so I’m making this work for now. I didn’t modify the hole and I’m using the 4 old screw holes in the exterior, so I can always improve it later.

if you open your wallet first and then ask 11ty questions it will go way better than the other way around

shouldn't take much convincing tho

Got the new city water inlet on. Still need to caulk the new panel and button up the inside plumbing after I get some parts tomorrow. Will only have cold water until I decide which water heater to go with.

I’ll eventually add yellow to this piece, unless I replace it with a door or find another Winnie in a field that I can cut some patch panels out of.

Oh I know,

But throttle cable??? :rofl2:

Hopefully they got the right dipstick in there
I think they reused everything they could that connected the motor/trans to the vehicle. Throttle cable, shift cable, radiator… maybe I’ll find more. I’ll eventually replace the rad because I hate the lower hose crossing from one side to the other under the fan/pulleys.
